When you ask some believers how they're doing, they reply that they're in a valley. They're depressed, defeated and sad. Maybe you've been in some valleys. In the account of Jehoshaphat, 2 Chronicles 20:26 says... on the fourth day they assembled in the Valley of Barucha, where they praised the Lord. This is the story of Jehoshaphat and his victory in battle. Yes, they were in a valley, but it was a valley of blessing. Barucha in Hebrew means blessing. It wasn't originally called the Valley of Barucha, but it came to be called that because they praised God there. Valleys aren't meant to be feared. It doesn't matter if you're on a mountain or in a valley. You can be on a mountain of curses or in valley of blessings. You have the power to turn your valley into Barucha Valley, Blessing Valley. How? No matter what, start praising, thanking, and blessing God. You may still be in the valley, but so what. It's a wonderful thing to be in the Valley of Barucha because victory is in the blessing! rn
