The Plans That he Knows

Jeremiah 29:11 says, "For I know the plans I have for you," says the Lord. "Plans for welfare, plans to give you a future and a hope, not for calamity but for Shalom." He doesn't just say, I have a plan. Instead the Lord says "I know the plans." He's saying I know the plans, you don't know. Not that I am telling you all the plans, but I know the plans. You're so caught up in the details of your situation, you're forgetting something. I've got a plan for you. You couldn't even handle the plans I have for you, if you knew. It's enough for you to know that I know the plans. "Trust Me," says the Lord. You may not know where your life is heading, but I know the plans. Stop worrying, fearing and being anxious. You can be at peace, because there is something good ahead if you're following the Lord. He'll work all things for good. It's enough that there is a plan, and even more than that, it's enough for you to simply know that the Lord says, I know the plans.
