Your Gate Of Praise

Jerusalem, the City of Peace, was encompassed by walls and gates. In the Book of Isaiah, it is prophesied that one day the gates of Jerusalem will be called praise. Why call gates praise? Gates open up a city so that people and objects of trade, riches and blessings, can go in and out. If you are born again, you're a child of Jerusalem. So, how do you receive the blessings of God's Jerusalem? The secret is in the gates. The gates of Jerusalem are called praise. If a gate can be called praise, then praise can be called a gate. Praise is a gate, that which opens the way for blessings in your life. When you praise God you're opening up your life, like a gate, to receive God's blessings. If you don't praise Him, the gates of blessing are shut. Praise Him, not just in the sanctuary, but at home, when you rise, when you work, drive, think, talk, even when you're silent. Praise Him and the gates will open, and His blessings will pour in. For you shall call your walls salvation and your gates praise.
