The Name That Boggles

I used to play a game called Boggle where you would throw cubes with letters on them and then try to make words out of the resulting letters. The other players weren't believers. When they finished coming up with their words, I said to them, There's one word you all missed. What word? they asked. Jesus! I said, Look it's right there! And of course it was. I added, Isn't it amazing how you can miss something even if it's right in front of your eyes? They didn't appreciate that. But it's true - and not just for unbelievers, but even for believers. Even Mary Magdalene didn't recognize Messiah, though he was right in front of her eyes. There are times in your walk when you won't see or feel or sense God's presence or His love. But no matter what you don't see or feel, He's there right beside you. He has to be. He promised He would never leave you. His love is there in every blessing of your life, you just have to realize it's Him, or discern the name on the cubes. rn
