Be Careful What You Follow

I was once following a car through a detour. As they turned right, I turned right, when they would slow down, I'd slow down. It really seemed as if they knew where they were going. Then, I realized they had nothing to do with the detour, they were just driving in the area. They must have thought I was stalking them, so I had to get out of there as quickly as possible. Only now I was lost. A lesson, be careful who you follow, because as Messiah warned, the one you're following might be blind. What spirit are you following? If it's not the Lord, it's going to lead you away from Him. If you follow lust, it will lead you to destruction. If you follow selfishness, it will lead you into darkness. When you sin, you're never just sinning, you're following something dark and blind. For only He who gave His own life for you in love is worthy of your following. He's not a blind teacher, He's the Good Shepherd. rn
