The Blessings Of Amalek

Israel had just won its first ever battle with a people called Amalek or the Amalekites, when God gave them this command: Write this on a scroll because I will blot out the name of Amalek. It's a very strange thing that you would record Amalek on a scroll to remember him, yet God says to do that because He will blot out the remembrance of Amalek. The memory and evil of Amalek will be gone, but he wants Israel to remember the miracle, the redemption, and the victory that came through Amalek. Revelation 3 states that in heaven, God will wipe away all tears, and also that Messiah, the Lamb, will have wounds - even in heaven. Thus in Heaven, we will only dwell on the good and yet give thanks even for the sorrows through which the good came. That's the way God wants you to deal with the sorrows in your life. Don't dwell on them, but never forget the victory, the miracles and the blessings that God brought into your life when he blotted out Amalek.rn
