The Man Named Oil

When you're in love, the name of your beloved comes off your lips like pouring oil. So in the Song of Solomon the beloved says of her beloved that his name is like pouring oil. Messiah is our Beloved. And so His name is like pouring oil. In fact the name Christ or Messiah literally originates from the word for oil, so His name is truly like pouring oil. The world hears the name Jesus a lot, but they see too little of His love. The name of our Beloved, Messiah, Yeshua, Jesus, should not just come from our lips, but pour out in worship, in adoration, in love. We should be so in love with Him, that just to speak His name is an act of worship and the love a bride feels for her groom. The more His name pours out of our mouths and hearts like oil, the more the oil of His presence will bring healing, and anointing, and gladness. Worship the Beloved like pouring oil and see if the blessings of Heaven won't pour down as well.rn
