Newer Than New

Let's go back in time about 150 years. We enter a world with no movies, no electric lights, no appliances. There are no computers, telephones, radios or TV. What did people do? They read books, they talked, and prayed. There were no cars. If you wanted to travel, you'd have to walk, ride a horse or train. In England you have the world of Charles Dickens. In the United States you have the Civil War. Messiah, Yeshua, Jesus is far older than that. Yet His words are as new today as they were 2,000 years ago, as new as this morning's devotionals. He never ages! When you read His words, He's talking to you, now, today. It is written that Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever. There is always more of Him to learn. He is always new. His word is always now. So seek after that which is always new. Come to Him every day anew and you will become as He is - forever new and newer than new! rn
