It is written that, The name of the Lord is a strong tower. The word in Hebrew for strong is oz. It means strength, force, and boldness. Thus, the name of God is strong, it has a force in it, and it gives boldness. The word also means security. The name of God brings security. It also means majesty - the name of God is majestic. However, oz also means praise in Hebrew. So there is a link between praise and strength. Those who praise God become strong. The praising of God brings strength. Jehoshaphat's soldiers were strong because they praised God. That was always the secret of God's army. The armies of Israel were led by worshippers praising. Those who don't praise God, and who complain are going to be weak. Those who praise God are going to be strong. The secret of strength is not exercise or willpower; the secret of strength is given to those who praise. Oz means both praise and strength. The name of God is a strong tower, so praise, worship and be strong! rn
