Below the nicer cabins of the Titanic were the poor, those who traveled in steerage or third-class. When the ship was sinking, the ship's officers attempted to keep the third-class passengers from getting out - all because the walls of their hearts were set against the poor. It's hard to believe, but you may be doing the same thing. We erect walls against people we want to avoid or find undesirable, or because of our unforgiveness or bitterness. Because of these walls, we end up not sharing the Gospel with those we find undesirable or those we have something against. We're letting people perish. Thus, we're no better than the officers on the Titanic. They were only sinking into the water, but we're dealing with people perishing into hell! There's one life and it's too short, the stakes are too high to put up walls or live by the walls erected by other people. Break down those walls. Open the doors. Unhinge those gates. Share the Gospel. Bless those people you've kept locked behind the walls of your heart because Messiah died also for the people in your steerage compartment.rn

Share the Gospel or God's love with those you haven't really loved - the stranger - the cashier - the person you run into - your co-worker - whoever... help save them! rn
