The Sunset of the Age

If you observe a sunrise, first the black of night begins to break, as blues, reds and yellows begin to lighten up the sky. Observing the sunset is the opposite. You see the reds, blues and yellows of early evening fade to black. A sunrise and a sunset are the same - just in reverse. This speaks of the mystery of this age. The sunrise of this age is linked to the sunset of this age. At the beginning of the age in the Book of Acts, Israel was in the world and Jewish people were coming to faith in the Lord. Jews and Gentiles one in Messiah, in a time of persecution. So what do we see now? The same things! It's because we're living at the sunset of this age. But the sunset is linked to the sunrise. So in the end times you have to live all the more like the Book of Acts believers. You can do it. You have the same power. The world is waiting for the same kind of believer as then, just as the sunrise and sunset are always joined together.rn
