Preparing For The Great Trumpet

In the Hebrew year, there is a day of the Great Trumpet Blast known as Rosh Hashanah. Prophetically the Feast of Trumpets is linked to the second coming. Messiah will come at the sound of the trumpet. Before the Great Trumpet Blast is the Month of Elul. Elul is an entire month given to prepare for the trumpet. Its theme is repentance, returning to the Lord, and for putting away sin. Elul corresponds to the days leading up to the second coming - the last days. It reveals that as an end time believer, you have to live a life of holiness, turning back to the Lord and putting away sin. It means as end time believers living in days of greater immorality and greater apostasy, you have to be all the more righteous, pure, and godly, as a holy witness. Although the days we live in get spiritually darker by the moment, the Day of the Trumpet is coming and for us, the last days are days of returning; the Days of Elul. rn
