The Promised Land Has Walls

When the Israelites entered the Promised Land, the first thing that they had to deal with was the walls of Jericho. They might not have been expecting to find walls in the Promised Land and they could have been discouraged by the walls and turned back. They had to come against the walls in faith, obedience, hope and victory. There's an important truth here: that God has promises and blessings for you. They are part of His promised land for your life, but we have to remember that with blessings, there are challenges. There's a hope and a calling, but also obstacles in getting there; great joys and wonders, but a fight to enter in. So don't get discouraged when you encounter obstacles; break through the blessings. Fight in faith and in the power of God. Break down those walls, take hold of your victory and get to the promise that's behind the wall, because the promised land in your life, like Israel, does have walls. But when you stand and fight, you can be sure in God that, like the walls of Jericho, the walls will come tumbling down.rn
