Traveling in the wilderness of Sinai, the Hebrews lived in tents. God also lived in a tent. It's strange; the God of the universe living out in the wild with camping gear. God living in a tent is even more amazing considering the gods of other nations who stayed in one place, on Mt. Olympus, Valhalla, or in their temples. But our God is different. He doesn't stay in one place. He moves with His people and camps out in tents. God is on the move. He isn't getting caught up in circumstances because He's moving on. And if you're a child of God, you need to live your life as if in tents. Be on the move like God. Don't get wrapped up in circumstances as if they define your life. With God, it's not where you are that defines your life, but where you're going. It's not what you're going through that matters but the fact that you're going through, you're not staying put. Don't get comfortable or stuck in circumstances. Instead, let go of that baggage and get moving. Because your God is on the move.rn
