Israel is the most fought over land in history. This is amazing considering that it's only about the size of New Jersey. Yet, despite its small size, this little nation has been fought over by the Canaanites, the Babylonians, the Romans, the Crusaders, the British, the Arabs, and many others. Why? It has almost nothing - but one thing - the purposes of God. Therefore it is the most fought over land. So too with your life - You might feel like every day is a battle. There's a reason for it. If you're born again - then you're God's little Israel. You belong to God and there's a calling on your life and great purposes ahead of you. The enemy knows it and fights to hinder and discourage you from knowing it. So it's not just a battle - it's a good fight. That tells you you've got something good coming. So press on. Your life and your call, like that of Israel, is something worth fighting for!rn
