Salt And The Rotten World

Have you taken a good look at where this world is going? You may have even said, "Things are pretty rotten in this world." But whose fault is that? "It's Hollywood's fault," you say, or, "it's the fault of the liberals, the fault of the ungodly." But whose fault really is it? If you're a born again believer, the Lord called you, "the salt of the earth." Why? Because salt was used as an anti-bacterial agent. It was used to prevent rottenness. So, if things in our society are rotten, who do we have to blame? It's the fault of the salt. It's us, the children of God. We have the power to stop rottenness. If rottenness exists, chances are we're not doing our job. We're not praying or loving this world as we should. So, instead of complaining about rotten things, start doing something about them. Start by changing the rotten things in your own life and then start changing your world. Because you have a calling and a remedy for all those rotten things.
