In the Book of Corinthians, Messiah is called "our Passover." That's actually His name. In Hebrew, Passover comes from the word, "pesach" which means "to leap or leap over." So to live in Messiah and to live in Passover is to live in pesach, which means that you have the power to leap over. The word is not limited by the size of the obstacles in your life, because in Messiah you have the power to leap over it. Messiah did not die as the Passover Lamb so that you could keep living your life as you did before. He gave you the power to leap over; so stop dealing with that problem, staying in that sin, or giving in to that temptation, and learn how to leap over the darkness, the bondage, the traps, the temptations. Leap for joy onto the high places, because in Messiah you are not here just to be struggling in sin, you are to learn how to leap. To live in Messiah is to live in Passover, in Pesach, and that is the power for you to leap over anything!rn
