Every believer fights against some kind of evil, temptation, situation, or habit; and many believers never have victory. But there's a secret: The Bible records that on the day of battle, the Spirit came upon Gideon, Samson and Joshua and they won. They fought their battles and they overcame. You can only fight evil by fighting with "good." You can only fight darkness by being filled with the light. You can only fight sin by being filled with God's presence. You can only fight depression and gloom by being filled with God's joy. You can only fight the flesh by being filled with the Spirit. You can only fight deception by being filled with the truth. And, you can only fight temptation by being filled with the fullness of heaven. Remember, the great warriors of God never fought their enemies; they fought in, by, from and through the Lord by the anointing of the Holy Spirit. So, stop dwelling over your conflict and start getting filled with the good. Then, you will overcome, and you will emerge from your battle victoriously.rn
