Hebrews in Egyptian Clothing

If you went to Egypt 3,000 years ago or so, you would have seen Egyptian slaves who were, deep down, really Hebrews. So God said to Pharaoh, "Let My people go." Pharaoh thought they were his people. But to God, they were not Egyptian slaves, but "My people," the people of God, waiting to be free. This reveals a deep profound yet practical and life changing secret. When we look at people in sin, or a hardened atheist, we tend to categorize them and judge them as godless or sinful. God sees it differently. He sees the sin - but he also sees them as those made to be "His people." They aren't just Egyptians - they're Hebrews in Egyptian clothing, His creation, waiting to be set free. So when you see that person, don't just see them as a sinner, but see them as someone who was made to be a child of God, waiting to be set free. And so, you too, you do not belong to sin, but to God, for you were born again for freedom! rn
