Here's a secret for spiritual success: the higher you go up the spiritual mountain, the narrower it gets so that you have to stay closer to the center, no going off to the right or left. You can't fool around. The more focused you have to be on eternal values, the less distracted from the Lord's calling and your life in Him. This includes your time, energy, resources, finances, work, home, marriage, leisure, and your all must be focused on the glory of God. God is calling you to the heights, but to reach the heights, you must climb the straight and narrow. Stay closer to the center, focus all your life on His glory.
