The Book of Hebrews is such an awesome and powerful book. Yet, if you ask believers who wrote it, they'll give you all sorts of answers. The fact is, we don't know who wrote it. The person who wrote it never put their name on it. Too often, our name gets in the way of our walks and of the masterpieces of God's Spirit, and we have to take credit, appreciation, thanks or approval. Yet it is written that a true Jew is one whose praise is not from man, but from God. It's also written, in Scripture, that your words are to be as the words of Scripture, that your life is to be a living epistle. If that's to be true, then let it be as the Book of Hebrews. Get your name out of the way. Get your ego out of the picture. Be joyful for everything you do is for the smile, approval of God, and for His glory. Then your motives will be pure, your works of heaven, and your life, a masterpiece with no name but the name of God on it. rn
