Get on the Highway

In Proverbs, the Scriptures say, "The path of the upright is a highway." This leads us to believe the way of the sinful is a crooked, complicated road, filled with obstructions while the righteous travel on straight, unburdened highways. When you live in sin, your way is complicated. You travel burdened, divided, conflicted, guilty, unstable, and hindrance-filled paths. But the road of the righteous is a highway, not crooked but straight. When you're in the center of God's will, you're on a highway. You can floor the pedal, speed-up, you don't even have to worry about being pulled over. This highway of the righteous will take you straight, far, and fast. It will take you wherever God wants you to go, to the goal of your calling, faster than any other way. So, don't take the side-road, or the crooked way but take the road of righteousness, the straight, direct, and fastest way - take the highway! rn
