It's Only Words

The Assyrian army surrounded Jerusalem. King Hezekiah was inside Jerusalem. The Assyrians taunted and threatened to destroy Israel. God gave a word to Hezekiah through the prophet Isaiah, saying, "Do not be afraid of the words you have heard in which the king of Assyria has blasphemed Me." God is saying, "Don't be afraid of their WORDS." God doesn't say, "Do not fear their power", but "Do not be afraid of their WORDS." It's about the words. God is saying, "It is all just words and threats to harass you, but they are empty." The Bible says, "If God is for you, who can be against you?" No one. It also says that God is going to work all things for your good. If God is for you then all of your problems and troubles, and every attack of the enemy - they're all just words. And on top of that, they're all going to turn into blessing. Stop worrying. If you're in God's will, then all that's against you, all your fears will turn out to be just like the Assyrians' threats - empty words.
