Leaving the Cosmic Waiting Room

Entire rooms are built just for people to wait in. Doctors subscribe to magazines to keep others busy while they wait. Waiting rooms are filled with people who don't want to be there waiting to go to a place they don't want to go to. Whoever came up with the doctrine of purgatory must have spent a lot of time in waiting rooms. Many believers spend their lives the same way. Heaven is the office, and earth is the waiting room. They're just waiting to leave this room for a better one. They spend their days on earth just trying to get through it. But this life is not a waiting room. God promised us life abundantly now. Yes, we are to look forward to heaven, but the heavenly life starts now or not at all. Start living life fully, victoriously, and heavenly for this life is the beginning of eternal life and not a cosmic waiting room. rn
