Why Not Having Time is a Revelation

Many of us live in a rush. We set our clocks ahead, acting as if it is later so we get to a place earlier than we would have originally arrived. We fool ourselves. It's human nature to be late and to live with the illusion that we have more time than we really do. When we were younger, we thought we had all the time in the world. As adults, we still tend to make the same mistake. Days, weeks, and years pass and we can't believe how fast it happened. One day, sooner than we think, we will be standing before the Lord, either at His Second Coming or at our going. Learn from the clock. If we tend to trick ourselves each day as to how much time we have, it is probably also happening in the larger picture of our lives. Whatever you would do, do it now! If you would repent, overcome, reconcile, make peace, serve the Lord and live the life you were called to live, do it now because tomorrow never comes and it is always later than you think. rn
