Living Past the Obstacles

Peter was in prison and an angel came to free him. It is written in Acts 12:10, saying, "they passed" meaning Peter and the angel passed by the first and second guard, through all the checkpoints without detection. Finally, the gate to freedom opened automatically and Peter was free. The path of freedom is not a path without barriers or obstacles because it has many of them. Being free in God is about walking through obstacles and barriers. You will have obstacles and setbacks but walk through them. You have the power to not only say "I am free," but to keep walking through obstacles, to turn down the temptations, to keep going past the discouragements and the old barriers. You have been told you are free, but to be free you must walk in freedom and keep walking through the obstacles and barriers, through the discouragements because the power of Messiah is freedom. Don't avoid the chains but break them. Don't seek to avoid obstacles but overcome them, go right past them just as Peter did.
