The Brooklyn Shrine

There stands in the land of Israel a sort of shrine, built as an exact replica of an apartment in Brooklyn. Why? The shrine was built by the Lubavitch Orthodox Jews as a replica of the home of their leader, Rabbi Menachem Schneerson who lived in Brooklyn. They hailed him as the Messiah. And yet Menachem Schneerson wasn't born in Bethlehem, nor was he a light to the Gentiles, nor did he die for our sins. In fact, he never even set foot in Israel! They missed the Messiah and now seek for substitutes. When you reject God's will - in this case, Messiah - things are never quite right - it's like a Brooklyn apartment in an Israeli desert. Is there any part of your life that's not quite in God's will? Make that change you need to make. For the difference between walking in God's will and walking out of it is as big as Yeshua, Jesus the Messiah of Israel and a Brooklyn apartment house in the Holy Land.
