The Nectar Of Messiah

A honey bee's job is to hunt for flowers filled with nectar. Once it finds one, it returns to the hive to bring in the nectar and to share the good news of it's discovery. It happens as the other bees smell the fragrance of the flower on the returning honeybee... they get excited and want more. In the same way, if you have salvation you're blessed with something better than honey. You can't keep it to yourself. The Bible speaks of the fragrance of Messiah. When people come near you, they should pick up the aroma of Messiah's nature, presence, and love. When you bear Messiah's fragrance, you become a living, breathing witness of Him everywhere you go. How does the honey bee acquire the fragrance of the flower? It immerses itself in the flower. You're the honey bee and He's the Rose of Sharon. Do the same thing. Immerse yourself in Him, then the fragrance of Messiah in your life will make people want what you have. It's the fragrance that creates the buzz!
