The I Am Beyond Explaining

Moses was in the desert with God when he asked, "Who shall I say sent me?" The Lord answered with one of the most amazing and awesome responses ever given. He said, "Tell them I Am has sent you." What kind of a name is "I Am?" It's the name of He who is self-existing, self-causing, and thus, who needs no explanation. He just is. How do you explain God? You don't. God is the one who explains everything. He even explains you. You don't make sense of God, He makes sense of you and everything else. If you could explain Him, you'd be God. He'll never fit into your logic, your reasoning, or even your theology. So there's no point in asking "why?" Don't try to figure Him. Don't try to fit Him into your box. Just obey Him, trust Him, submit to Him, follow Him, love Him, draw near to Him, and worship Him. Bow down before the Lord - submit your life and understanding to Him. For His name is "I Am," the One who just is.
