John 20:5-11 says that Mary and the disciple that Messiah loved stooped down and looked into the empty tomb. But they didn't just look, they peeked in and then had to bend down to look in. They had to go through some inconvenience to get a better view. In Greek, para koopto means bent down or looked. 1 Peter 1:12 says, "To whom it was revealed - not themselves, but it is to us that they minister the things which are now reported to you, by those that preached the Gospel to you with the Holy Spirit sent down from heaven. Things even angels desire to see." The phrase "angels desire to see" or "the angels long to look" describes the disciples stooping to look into the tomb. What it's saying is that the angels are so amazed that even they would stoop to see. What do they want to see? They want to see what's happening on earth and in your life. To them it's amazing! So live in a manner worthy of a life that is being gazed at... by peeking angels. rn
