Sar Chaim: The Prince Of Lives

Have you put your walk with the Lord on hold lately? That which is alive can never be put on hold. In the Book of Acts, Messiah is called, "The Prince of Life." It's a very special name. In Hebrew, you would say Sar Ha Chayim which means Prince of the Lives. You see, the life that the Prince of Life gives is more than life - it's life in plural - an abundant life, a life that can only be known in its overflowing. We make a mistake when we speak about receiving God's eternal life just once on a single date in the past. It leads us to think of life in Him as singular - something that we can receive once and keep in a box. But, God's life is so great and big and more than we think it is that it can never be received just once. It must overflow in the Spirit through our lives, and be received not just once, not just today, but every moment, every day. Messiah is Prince of the Lives, the Prince of Life plural. Receive it again, anew, and forever.
