The Walls of Your Promised Land

When the Israelites entered the Promised Land, the first thing that they had to deal with was the wall of Jericho. They probably weren't expecting to find walls in the Promised Land and could have been discouraged and turned back. Instead, they came against the walls in faith, obedience, and hope in order to attain victory. God has promises and blessings for you. They're a part of His promised land for your life. But we have to remember that with blessings, there are challenges - and walls. There can be obstacles in the way and you may have to fight to enter in, but don't get discouraged - the blessings are waiting for you to break through. Be like the Israelites - fight in faith and in the power of God. Break down those walls, take hold of your victory and get to the promise that's behind the wall, because the Promised Land in your life, like Israel, does have walls. But when you stand and fight, you can be sure that with God, the walls of Jericho will come tumbling down.
