The word Christian is thought of by most people as a religious word, but is it? Biblically speaking, not really. The disciples were the first to be called Christians in Antioch, as revealed in the Book of Acts. The actual word was Khristianoi. It was a type of word used of political partisans and various factions among the ruling parties. It means a Christ person, a Messiah follower, a Messiah partisan. Christian was actually a secular word, used by secular people. That's a good thing. Far too many people including Christians, see it as a religious word. Thus many keep their Christianity in the religious realm and their real life in the secular realm. Could that be you? Is there a difference between the faith you talk and the faith you walk - from who they see on Sunday morning, and who they see the rest of the week? If you live in two worlds, that's not Christian. A true Christian is one who takes his or her faith and applies it in every realm of life. So stop being religious and start acting like a true Christian.

Start living as a Christian, not religiously, but practically, down to earth, in every part of your daily life.
