Matthew 9:15 speaks about the guests of the bridegroom. But in Greek, it reads 'children of the bridal chamber.' It's the translation of a Hebrew phrase that's filled with rich meaning. The original Hebrew phrase is Binay Huppah which means children of the huppah. What is a huppah? It's a wedding canopy. In every traditional Jewish wedding, there's a canopy over the bride and groom. It's a symbol of the bridegroom's love for the bride and the covering of God over the marriage. If you're a disciple - you are of the binay huppah, a child of the covering. What does that mean? It means your life has a covering over it. So it is not about the situations and circumstances of your life. It's about the covering that is stretched out over them. Do you want to see it? Start looking up. Look above your problems, above your situations, and you will see the canopy of Messiah. A covering over everything, your past, your present, and your future. You're not just a believer, because every friend of Messiah is a child of the huppah.rn
