Look at the endings of the four Gospels. In Matthew 28, Messiah commissions the disciples to go into all nations. In Mark 16, He tells them, "Go into all the world, and preach the good news to all creation." In Luke 24, "Messiah ascends to heaven and the disciples return to Jerusalem with great joy, staying continually in the temple praising God. And in John 21, "Messiah did many other things of which if they were all written down, the world wouldn't have room enough to contain them." What do you notice about all these endings? None of them are true endings. They are continuations - new beginnings - never-endings. You see, the Gospels have no real endings. The good news of Messiah in your life cannot be ended. If you're not rejoicing in the good news, then you've forgotten that it cannot be stopped, nor can it be overcome by the world, or troubles. So forget your troubles; they're nothing compared to the good news of Messiah. Start rejoicing again and don't stop. Because the good news of the Lord has no ending.rn
