In Matthew 7:7 Messiah says, "Seek and you shall find." There's a secret here. Messiah spoke Hebrew, and the Hebrew/Aramaic word for seek is bachar. Bachar not only means seek - but also to plow, to forcefully turn over, or to break forth. God didn't call us only to seek Him but to plow forward, to overcome, and to do whatever it takes to find Him. True seeking is linked to plowing. It takes work and perseverance; when you feel like giving up but you keep going. Hosea 10:12 says, "Break up your fallow ground, for it is time to seek the LORD until He comes to rain righteousness upon you." If you want to receive the blessings of God in your life, then get your life seeking. Those who seek are those who plow with break- through actions. Seek the Lord with all your heart and press through even when it's hard. You're going to break through, and break forth in the Lord when you break up your fallow ground. And His blessings will rain upon you. Seek, plow and you shall find.rn
