Beauty and the Beast is a story of a repulsive beast who, in actuality, turns to be a handsome prince. His beloved must learn to see through his ugly appearance and see what he is on the inside. Isaiah 53, speaking of Messiah, says, "There is no beauty that should attract us to Him." Messiah comes to us without worldly beauty, and He doesn't promise us a worldly beautiful life. If you look at your life in the Lord, it may not seem beautiful. The way of the cross, of sacrifice, and of the disciple may not seem beautiful on the outside. But it is beautiful within. And there's nothing more beautiful than to have the Lord's presence inside of you. Anyone who knows the Lord has more beauty in their life than the most outwardly beautiful person in the world. Draw near, because you having Him is the most beautiful thing. Messiah is a Prince who grows more beautiful the closer you draw to Him, the deeper you reach, and the more you know Him.rn
