Nisan is the month of the Hebrew year that officially ends the winter and begins the spring. It's the month that ends the season of frozenness. Nisan is the month that melts the ice with the warmth of spring. Sin freezes up your life, your heart, your love, the purposes of God in your life. But Messiah died and rose in the month of Nisan. He redeemed you in the month that melts the winter. Why? Because the power of Messiah is to melt the frozen, make the dead come alive, and the ice blocks become streams of flowing water. So let the power of Messiah have its way and melt that frozen heart, that frozen joy, that frozen plan of God for your life, and let it flow. Let the warm love of God melt all the hardness in your heart, the wounds, the bitterness, the fears and paralysis; all that hinders you - let it melt. In Messiah, you have a Nisan salvation. And that means you have the power of melting the frozen. Let the frozen melt and come alive, fully alive, in the Messiah of Nisan!
