Someone Has Testified

In Hebrews 2:6, it's written, "there's a place where someone has testified:" "What is man that you are mindful of him, the son of man that you care for him?" The Scripture is saying, "There's a place where someone has testified...." It's as if the writer doesn't know which place and as if he doesn't know who has testified. The place he's talking about is a Psalm, and the person who testified is King David. When David testified, it was the Spirit of God in David testifying. You see, many believers long to see God speak, or really touch their lives, or show a sign of His love. But when your brother or sister in the Lord came over to you and encouraged you, it was God coming over to you and encouraging you. When that believer wrote you a card to say, "Hey, I love you," it was God writing you a card and saying, "Hey I love you." You want to see God's love? Then open your eyes. It's all around you. For the love of His brethren is His love for you. Someone has testified, and it doesn't matter who, because it's God.
